Pinot Noir
A very fine, tight structured
style with a gamey varietal nose and intense gamey, plummy fruit flavours
and a long finish. The perfect accompaniment to curries and spicy dishes. Highly commended (barrel sample):

Yahoo Creek
Yahoo Creek 2004 Merlot
2004 was such an exceptional vintage for this merlot that it
was decided to keep it separate from the cabernet. It is a medium weight,
elegant wine with plummy and chocolatey fruit and a delicate lingering
chocolatey oak finish. A very stylish wine suited to grilled and roasted
meat dishes.
Yahoo Creek 2003 Cabernet Merlot
The 2003 Cabernet Merlot is a dense
coloured and structured wine with flavours of ripe mulberries and
blackberries and fine grained oak in the finish. It could be drunk now or
cellared for five years.
Yahoo Creek 2003 Shiraz
A peppery, spicy wine with fine soft
supple tannins and full rich fruit flavours for drinking now or cellaring
for at least 5 years.
Yahoo Creek Tawny
This sweet fortified red shows a
nutty, old oak character with rich sweet raison fruit and a delicate dry
rancio finish.
